Victoria Gbemisola Ojesanya
Victoria Gbemisola Ojesanya is an accomplished academic and Estate Management professional with a distinguished record in University Estate Administration and Higher
Education Management. She received her early childhood education in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, attending C.A.C Primary School, Ibadan, before progressing to the esteemed Queen’s School, Ibadan, Oyo State, where she completed her secondary education.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Estate Management from Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Ikeji-Arakeji, Ilesha, Osun State, Nigeria. In 2007, she joined the professional staff of Joseph Ayo Babalola University as the University Estate Officer. In this capacity, she provided strategic leadership and oversight for the management and maintenance of all University estates and properties, including the notable C.A.C Prayer Ground in Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State. She served meritoriously in this role until September 2021.
In pursuit of further academic development, Victoria enrolled at Aberystwyth University, Wales, in 2021 to undertake a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which she successfully completed in 2022. She subsequently commenced a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programme in Business Administration at Aberystwyth University in 2024 and is currently engaged in advanced doctoral research.
Victoria is an active member of several reputable professional bodies, including the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence, continuous development, and leadership within her discipline.
She is married to Tajudeen Oladipo Ojesanya, former Director of Sports at Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Nigeria. They are blessed with two daughters, Tracey and Thelma, who are currently based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
